I had lost this comic for a while. A lot of stuff happened to me and I forgot the name of it. A couple years back, I kept struggling to recall it, and the one thing I could accurately remember was the one thing I knew no other comic had. So, I googled; “demon fart baby.” And thus, I rediscovered my way back to the Grove.
I *sincerely* hope that whatever is happening, you are making sure to take care of yourself. I love this webcomic, and I know you’re dealing with scary things irl. Whenever there’s a gap in updates, I get worried about your health and safety. Please be okay…

Let’s just say it’s been a week. Started a new drug for cancer therapy, and to get my blood pressure under control (which the new cancer therapy drug spikes to the higher side),and had a run-in with the neighborhood kook. Probably shouldn’t get into it, but…
She tried squirting my wife with a hose & then was following me close as we were walking our dogs on the sidewalk on the side & front of her house after I had bagged the dog poo(she lives on a corner & the dog didn’t even go in her yard, plus we always bag what our dogs deposit during walks). Then brushed by me three times, the third time nearly knocking me over, which caused me to lose my balance, which caused me to step a little backwards, nearly falling over my big dog, causing my cane to go up in the air & tap her. She went off, wide-eyed, yelling assault and ran into her house to call the police. The police came by to question me & my wife, and after telling them what happened, they nodded, and basically said to be careful, she’s crazy, & left. Sometime during the night, my mother-in-law’s house was vandalized, big time.
Now, I’m not saying it was her, but she has seen my wife & I there doing yard work & sprinkler line repair, and it’s very coincidental that the vandalism happened the night of our run-in, thinking it was my house. She has allegedly vandalized her next door neighbor’s house & cars as well as allegedly throwing glass shards, rat poison, garbage, etc., in their back yard. She also stands on her roof, naked, and taunts or tries talking to her next door neighbors, sometimes while the neighbors have guests, sometimes not (allegedly, as I wasn’t a first hand witness to this, so I have to say that, but from OUR many run-ins with her, I tend to believe it happened as reported).
So, again, it’s been a week. I have scripts written, it’s just I’ve been frazzled by the new meds & koo-koo-for-coco-puffs, so I haven’t sat down in the studio to produce them yet. I’ll post them in their proper spot & catch up as I can.
