Love it! A fairy tale ending that includes characters being PO’d about it being a fairy tale ending.
Yeah, the story was getting long in the tooth, over 2 months I think, and I was butting up against time to write & produce this year’s Halloween Special. But I felt (and so did some of the characters) that this wrapped it up like a Star Trek TNG ending – build up, build up, then resolve in the last 5 minutes of the episode. Sometimes the ending was satisfied, while others felt like they just ran out of time & had to wrap things up.
Glad you liked the ending & how the characters reacted to it.
