Sounds a lot like the Hardees I would insist on visiting when I went to visit my friend in Tampa and would get one of their thickburgers. Hey, they have defibulator pads in there just in case.
Wow! Hardees (or Carl’s Jr. to my readers over in the western part of the US)! I haven’t eaten at one of those in ages. They used to have one, I think, in our county (just like Sonic…which was in Davie, but it went bye-bye…they put a Sonic Beach on Ft. Lauderdale beach, but it isn’t the same as the drive in…I think they put a drive in up in Lauderhill, but it’s too far away to drive for a quick bite) but it is long gone. And what’s the deal with fast food chains showing commercials for their places if they don’t put one close by to you? For a while there, I thought we were getting a Jack In The Box because they had shown a few commercials for it….great…now I’m hungry for greasy food.
